Matt Daly provides general business law advice and representation to local businesses and individuals in Northern Vermont. Mr. Daly also represents several out-of-state regional and national entities conducting business in Vermont. He works with clients on business transactions, corporate law, contract law, land use and development and advises clients on dispute resolution. Matt also has a local general practice, providing general legal services to businesses and residents in the greater Burlington area. He also provides pro-bono services to several non-profit corporations throughout Vermont

Matt Daly has over 30 years of successful court room experience. He has tried several jury cases to verdict and has represented numerous clients in dozens of bench trials and merits hearings.
In addition to being a member of the American and Vermont Bar Associations, Mr. Daly has served on several non-profit organization’s boards: UVMMED Development Board, King Street Youth Center, Mercy Connections, Champlain Vocational Services and Burlington Youth Lacrosse.
